A third party service outage delayed several event-driven Voicepanel systems for several hours from around 5pm PT to 11pm PT on 2024-08-16. During this time, the Voicepanel application suffered from degraded performance. For example, customers may have experienced a delay in analysis generation for their projects if they tried to run analysis during this time period. Once the third party outage was resolved, all systems were restored to normal operation.
